  Mary - My family and I have used David Hiskey since 1998. He not only has created a number of trusts (>5) for us, but helped greatly at the death of my parents. You need to consider not only the creation of the trust, but also how well it is executed upon a death. David's number is 714/961-1198 and he is on Placentia Ave near Nutwood.   There's a previous post regarding this but here's a referral: http://www.hiskeylaw.com/ As I mentioned before, at the very least, choose some one who specializes in estate planning. Preferably they should be a certified specialist in estate planning. Check on the website of the California state bar.
