I have a property in Baltimore Highlands that is in less than perfect shape and I need to get it listed (and hopefully sold) really fast. Single family, no ground rent, 2 BR, 1 B , LR, eat-in galley kitchen,all appliances, unfinished basement, small fenced lot, 2 outbuildings (1 manufactured shed, 1 self-built shed), large side patio with awning, etc. Anybody know anybody who might be interested in listing it?
