  You shouldn't have to pay money for an attorney. I think DCSE has attorneys. They used to have a guy there named Jack Maxwell (434) 386-2012 who really went after dead-beats. Psh, I STILL have his number in my contacts! It's possible that DCSE no longer offers that type of assistance. I wonder if Legal Aid could help?
