  Vl S. wrote: I met with Drew and Katie on January 30. Great meeting, or so I thought. Drew indicated my project would not require design work so he would have the project manager contact me to discuss my remodel and provide a bid. Two ignored emails, and another two unanswered phone calls and I found out from the architect who referred me that she just found out that my project doesn't fit their scope of work. How unbelievably unprofessional. Professional decency would suggest that Greg, Drew, or Katie pick up the phone or take 2 minutes to send me an email to let ME KNOW. The only referral I will provide to anyone remodeling. AVOID PLUM PROJECTS
