Very nice home w/separate 2-car garage, 3 BR, 2 full baths, beautiful open space LR/DR/kitchen on an acre of level, lovely landscaped property near Raccoon Creek State Park in Beaver County. SS Area SD. Assumable mortgage available! Mortgage, interest, taxes, and insurance are less than rent for a two-bedroom apartment! We need to sell this ASAP!!! After two months of closing prep & buyer paying for inspection/appraisal, they cancelled due to a financing snafu!
