  I need a plumber. Not emergency but fairly urgent, say next Monday/Tuesday. We are having new flooring and the guys took up the vinyl in the kitchen and there is damp patch about 30cm long and 10cm wide in the concrete screed. It's not huge but something's leaking/weeping from one of the CH/HW pipes. Needs to be fixed before the rest of the flooring gets put down. If any plumbers are looking at this you'll need to be prepared to get to the pipe; I have the tools and will work with you but I don't have the skills to identify isolating the various water supplies and I can't solder copper pipe for toffee. Any recommendations before I have to start ringing around?
