Question for Moncton area members: hubby and I are taking a short road-trip vacation for a few days heading to the shore around Shediac and then driving along randomly in the general direction of Miramichi. Any recommendations for must-see places / photo opportunities / great restaurants / decent motels? Sadly I'm life-threateningly allergic to shellfish so seafood restaurants are out for us. Just looking for suggestions. Thanks all.
