  Looking for a pool company to do chemicals and clean weekly on my pool in HV. Can any one tell me what they like about their pool company? Ours does a decent job but we've had trouble.. They won't clean it when it rains or even yesterday when it rained in morning and not afternoon he came by put chemicals in but no cleaning but they charge me for a full clean saying they can't control weather and charged for a second visit today to come scoop and vacuum! Last week the guy didn't close the filter top all the way when he cleaned it and my yard flooded I didn't get a discount or apology for the mess or wasted water!! He complains if the kids leave the dive ring toys in the pool.. I'm just really over this company .. I need some one honest and who understands and values their customers and doesn't treat us like they could care less if we are customers.
