Would prefer something up to 30mins back towards M5 rather than the other way! Would also consider a yard / yard share with 5/6 boxes, turnout etc or failing that livery on a yard but must have arena (preferably flood lit), turnout, good hacking etc. All ideas / suggestions considered.
