  Wow! Baltimore City really is trying to rape its residents! I thought the goal was to attract 10,000 people to this "lovely city." James Crumrine and I received a certified letter last evening. Apparently, we're in violation of a "cornice" code. In other words, decorative trim around our roof. We're told the paint is defective. Did the inspector climb to the roof to determine that the paint was defective?? I think not. To avoid a $500/day penalty, we plan to fix the problem ASAP and deal with the city later.   Dave Bowyer 410-659-0712 and 443-414-6360 local pastor on Hanover St that does great , cheap and reliable roofs and just about anything else you can think of. He employs skilled mechanics from his congregation. I've used him dozens of times when I was contracting and he is great to work with.
