  ...ok ppl... Who is a muscle specialist? I'm not trusting Western medical methods to completely heal... Yes...the pain from pinched nerve is gone. But the initial muscle pain is STILL HERE. I just don't understand. I'm on 18 days of bed rest. I have done nothing. I have taken the meds. I'm following Dr orders to the T. Why won't the muscle itself stop hurting or loosen up? Please. Does anyone have suggestions. At this point I'm ready for acupuncture if someone knows a good person that can do it on someone who has severe issues with needles. HELP. Sports injury massage is what pinched the nerve...so NO to massage. It is 4 sure a muscle. I need help. My Dr is unsure why its not loosening or healing.

It's awful to be injured so long.
