Diana G. wrote: I met with Mr Bessette a few weeks ago to view and talk about a small job I needed done. It was to install a door. He agreed and we set the date he would come and do the work for today at 830a. Well, I waited til 9am, even after placing several calls Friday, i should have got the hint when he did not return any of my calls. Saturday morning (TODAY), I got of work and thought to myself, maybe he was too busy to call me back and I'd hate for him to show up and I wasn't there. It's now 930a and I have not heard from anyone in this company. I am not angry but I closed my small business for three days, one so I could prepare the area for him, two for him to do the job and another for clean up. I have lost valuable time and money, I hope the rest of my day is more productive.Thank you for your feedback. -
