She sold us a house that looked fine but was all cosmetic so it could be flipped. She was representing both the seller and us the buyer. The cabinets are falling apart,the front door has a Crack she said she'd replace it and never did, the floors are warping, the stucco outside the house is peeling off, the paint used inside the house on the walls comes off if you try to wipe them off, the tiles in the shower have caved in, sink is separating from the wall, the ac caused leaks so bad our sons room has had to be demo'd twice now!, the roof now that's the icing on the cake. By law you can only have 2 layers of shingles. Well, they cut out spots to make it look like it was 2 layers and just slapped the shingles on the rest. There were 5 yes 5 layers on there!!! And to make matters worse she's a friend of the family, so we felt we could trust her. If she's willing to screw over friends what's she going to do to you! Don't be fooled. Dont end up in our perdictament and find yourself with thousands upon thousands of dollars in repairs. We've only been in this house 5 years and already have had to put in over 70k and have another 30k+ to go....and we didn't buy a fixer upper either. This was supposed to be a good sturdy house that didn't need anything major. We stressed that knowing we wouldn't have the money for such repairs. Maybe we should've researched more...but this was our first home and we were young we didn't know. And we figured she was someone we could trust...she was a friend of the family after all. BUYER BEWARE!!! *UPDATE* Found out today that the electrical for my stove and overhead microwave was NOT up to code. In fact it was a fire hazard that could have ignited my house at any time! Way to look out for your customers and do what's right by them! Btw ...did I mention that she personally guaranteed the work that had been done because it was her guy that did it? So grateful we found out before something devastating happened.

  His name is joe Reardon (951) 341-9352 he's with first mortgage and he has 1 st time home loan programs he's very honest and helped me buy my home as well as a couple of our friends. I also know a go getter real estate agent Jill (909) 241-1225. She's awesome and very knowledgeable as well. If u call them please let them know I referred U as I know them very well.
