Harford Park Community Association (HPCA)
About us
The Harford Park Community Association was incorporated in 1939 and designated as a 501(c)(4) (community association) non-profit in 1944. HPCA was granted 501(c)(3) status in 2016.
Harford Park contains over 1,050 homes in the county and city of Baltimore within its borders. The history of the community and the Harford Park Community Association extend back to before 1939.

Thanks!Debbie L. replied:There is a Parkville Community Association Hall at 2522 Linwood Road off of Park Drive 410-497-7320. It's a great place I have had many parties there.
