  ISO someone who has their own tools and supplies to clean and and do punch lists for homes that we are readying to rent. Need to know how to clean paint off floors, recaulk tubs, open windows that have been painted shut, clean out nasty fridges, etc. REASONABLY PRICED, can show up within a day or two when called, and will be thorough.
