About us

Items customised to suit you crystallised one rhinestone/crystal at a time by hand. I can supply lots of different items to crystallise or you can send in your own items to be customised. Postage costs I give in prices are UK postage, postage for other countries will vary so please state that when ordering if your not in the UK. I get very booked up fast so its best to book in well in advance if your needing items for a specific occasion/date.

Terms and conditions :
items are all non returnable/non refundable as are customised to suit individual customers.
Please allow slight colour difference on items/brightness etc is different on different screens and done by different cameras.
Postage to return damaged item (if sent by another courier other than Royal mail) must be paid by customer and no refund/new item can be made until proof of item being posted back to me has been sent. This is a very rare case of items being damaged in post.
Any wooden items broken in the post and posted via Royal mail the customer must be responsible for to chase up with Royal Mail.
