From the beginning there was a lack of communication that should have been enough for me to walk away and find another business, taking nearly 6 weeks to even complete the first artwork. beyond that, I was asked if they could have my truck for 3 days, only to find out hours prior to collecting it that they weren't even close to finished and would require another day. NO COMMUNICATION! Upon collecting my car, the scope of work assigned to the bonnet wrap was changed without any attempt to gain my approval. AGAIN, NO COMMUNICATION! There was a spelling mistake they knew existed, to which they let happen. This was repaired later but should not have happened in the first place. When I asked them to repair the bonnet, they sent me a quote to pay for their stuff up. Since my reply to said quote, which asked them why I was paying for them to fix their own mistake, I was informed that I would be contacted by the other owner to resolve this matter. This last contact was on the 7/10/21, to which i have been completely forgotten about since. I can not make this any clearer.... I do not recommend this business for your signage. The poor customer services, lack of communication and down right nerve to send someone a quote to fix their own mistake has proven they are not capable of handling even the most basic of business operations. To finish up my review, this is roughly 50% of the issues I've had with this business. I can not in good conscience recommend Gecko signs to anyone! Regardless of 1 mistake or several, the fact that I have had to chase them down to rectify all of this, is unacceptable to say the least! only to then be discarded and forgotten about.
