Hoping to find a little help today. Just moved onto the neighborhood (Keefe/ Dousman) and have to return truck. I need some help moving the car carrier into position. It's heavy. About 10 minutes work. Will pay with a few bucks or a few beers. Need to get it done this a morning o afternoon.

Claudine Lienau, do you know anybody? This guy's my new neighbor and future friend.
Can anyone recommend a licensed and insured plumber who works in the area? My plumber's van was broken into two times this month and after loosing 14k in tools between the two incidents, he refuses to work here again. Its a shame people have to take away a guy's way of making a living.

Ah, brisk morning bathing. It seems my hot water heater is on strike. She's an old one so likely replacement is in order. Any advice about where to get one that will also put it in and take away her predecessor?

Plumber Steve Last- (262) 689-7258 You have to have a plumber do the final hook up anyway.
My business partner and I are looking for a small commercial space located in the neighborhood. We're planning on starting a law firm, which doesn't need a lot of space, but could use visibility.
Anyone know of available places?

Karl, the owners of 801 Center owe over $7000 in back taxes. The City of Milwaukee starts tax foreclosure after 3 years of delinquent taxes. The next bill comes out in December. Just FYI, I'm also a Realtor and a neighbor. The NW corner of Holton & Locust has several vacancies and the building was rehabbed a few years ago. A building on Center is for sale at a fairly reasonable price. Let me know if you'd like to meet to talk about options or if you need info on properties. 414-699-4012 or email claudine@ameritech.net
Anyone know of a good plumber or electrician in milwaukee?

Hey Neighbors, I'm in the process of buying a city owned foreclosure and need to get estimates from professional contractors for a wholesale renovation. All new electric, all new plumbing, HVAC, etc. Any recommendations?

I have a fabulous plumber-Steve Last 262-689-7258. I have other general contractors and a great roofer/contractor as well. Just let me know. All I have to say about a City foreclosure is good luck with that! Hopefully you can deal well with DNS. I hope they will leave you alone long enough to get things done before they start levying fines.
