  Does anyone know of a Refrigerator Repair person in the Leduc area that has RELIABLE customer service? We have been dealing with Andy's appliance Service who has made several promise dates now to replace a part in our fridge. When we called him on the first promised date, he could not even remember who we were or what we needed done with our fridge (unorganized much?) Eventually he reassured us the part would be in the next day and he would come to fix it in the morning. He calls us the next day to tell us the part we need did not get delivered via DHL and we now have to wait until next week?! It's been a week and a half now waiting for a stupid part FROM Calgary! He "couldn't" get it rushed, he "couldn't" get a DHL tracking number.... NO apology for the inconvenience.... sounds to me like he forgot to order the part.... If anyone knows a fridge repair person, please let me know. Sincerely, Frustrated and living out of a camping cooler :-(

  Wow, I've used Andy a couple of times and really liked him - that sucks. I've also used Darcy's Appliance Service 780-986-4199. He's good too, I just found Andy easier to get a hold of but this was quite a while a go lol.
