Especially when something goes wrong, not just with the house but with the tenants. Do you know the landlord laws? Shirley does! Do you know where to begin if you need to evict the tenants?   Property managers are great! They can screen applicants for you (credit checks, background checks, etc). They are the ones that receive the maintenance calls, and have either a staff or a list of "go-to" vendors to take care of problems. It takes away the headache for the investor/owner. I highly recommend Shirley Johnson at 3G Properties (940) 765-8550. She is a fantastic property manager! Please tell her I sent you!
