  Hi all, this is my first post to the group so please be kind :-). I'm after recommendations for 2 things at the moment. 1) A good company that specializes in maintenance and servicing of air cons. I have been living in my house for about a year now and it has occurred to me that I don't actually know when the last time my ducted air con system actually had a service. I managed to find the last company that worked on it (Leumeah Air Conditioning did a regas of the system back in 2004) and have contacted them to see how much it would be for them to come out and do a service but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or any other companies that I could potentially have a look at? 2) I'm after a good, reliable plumber to do a couple of things around the house for me. Few tap leaking issues, some laundry stuff and needing to get a pro to inspect my hot water tank to either service/repair or determine if it needs to be replaced. I welcome and thank anyone who provides solid recommendations. Cheers!!
