  HELP ! Can anyone recommend a good reliable electrician in the Brighton / Hove area for what should be a simple job - i have a hot water cylinder in a tenant's flat which has stopped producing hot water. I have already tried one electrician that was recommended to me but after replacing the heating element with a new one, it still doesn't produce any hot water. Help ! Please :-)
