  I am in need of a contractor that will do what he says WHEN he says he's going to do it. I could never do my job the way a lot of them behave. I would be out of a job!! Shame on you for not following through. Realtors are often asked for referrals and can spread the name of a bad one as quick as a good reliable one. Your loss!! So, if you have a good reliable contractor who will show up in a timely manner please post the info! Thank You!!
