Thanks for all the pm I really looking for people who actually experienced working with contractor who can actually give me a good advise based on their experience.

  Hélène Fontaine, I haven't had the need for a contractor but my advice would be to maybe get a list of members from the Timmins Construction Association. Make sure they are licenced. Get a quote in writing and a time frame for the work to be done. Make sure you check out their references!. It's like a lot of things, if they are good, reasonably priced and honest, they are probably VERY busy lol - Good Luck
