He is reliable, respectful gives money saving advice and does the best quality work. His bill has always been far lower than the others as well. We had to have all the pipe work replaced in our sink today as the first plumber failed to advice us that the IKEA pipes that came with the sink would not last....of course they didn't. Joel came out the next morning and quickly fitted new pipes that will lasts longer than we will. He also fitted a more functional plug to stop the sink from collecting waste debris. Joel also does gas fitting which we had issues with when our bottles were originally incorrectly fitted by Whurtulla plumbing, again Joel replaced the fittings and are now easier to use.
