  As the owner of a small commercial maintenance company, I work with many property managers of shopping centers. I am in search of a plumbing company (MUST BE A COMPANY, NOT JUST AN INDIVIDUAL) with all insurance. I currently have one shopping center with a 1" water meter that is about 14' in the air. The meter has gone bad and needs replaced. I can purchase the Neptune meter and Neptune remote if need be as I have a distributor. I have spoken to a couple of companies and it is amazing to me how many plumbers dont want work! This is just one of MANY jobs that I am in need of pricing, could lead to a good bit of work as I work on over 53 shopping centers in metro area! Need to get moving on this one and another if price is right and insurance is acceptable...
