  Ashely you can try Richard Hart Hart appliance 416-292-2416. I have used him twice and a few clients and colleagues have used him as well. From what I remember he does charge to come out but it is included with the cost to repair. He fixed an issue with my tenant's fridge not closing and looked at issue with a dishwasher for my client's tenant. He may be able to troubleshoot over the phone.
