I just want someone that has some idea about lighting and its placement (instead of just slapping fittings in anywhere and everywhere) and actually turns up to work on the agreed day.   Thanks Kathryn Franz, my husbands number is 0404442946 and his name is Mike Watson. For insurance purposes incase of fire, etc you do need to get a certificate of compliance as Erna Botha mentioned.
