  There is a biomimetic dentist in Prescott. Think it's Prescott dentistry. I like dr. DeVito in Scottsdale at Arizona center for laser dentistry. And I also like Dr Margolis at mydentistaz.com, & I have been to the American biodental center in Tijuana

  One of the best in the country is Michael Margolis in Mesa... http://mydentistaz.com/ if you are willing to travel a couple hours. He did oral surgery on me a few years ago and was excellent and I know many others who have used him and rave about him.

  Dr. Michael Margolis in Mesa (same as Bear Danabear recommended) is my dentist. Haven't been in a while but he removed a root canal tooth for me 3 years ago. He's considered one of the top biological dentists in the country. Expensive but good.

  My Dentist. he is a bilogical dentist. very much holistic. even has crystals hanging everywhere. this guy is a pioneer. One of only the few in the country and we have one here locally. what luck! he removes mercury, and does NOT do root canals! thank goodness!!
