  i'm not sure this is the right area to post, if it's not i apologize. but my husband and i are needing to get a chimney sweep. 2 companies came up on my search, one of which I was not satisfied with the customer service on the phone so i declined to schedule with this company. I called the second, VERY nice man got us scheduled the following week. They came out today though and said they didn't have a ladder tall enough and just didn't seem interested in really helping.. we were given a phone number to call to another company.. but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for either a local business (pending it's not one of the above 2 mentioned) or one they have had success with? thanks in advance for the suggestions! Side note: I was so looking forward to my fireplace too with the week we are having coming up..
