  I used SNAP to get my female cat spayed. Pretty much any vet accepts SNAP, so you could go to your preferred vet. Certificates for male dogs are $60 and females are $75. This includes the surgery and anesthesia, so any vaccines or pre-surgical blood work they may need would be out of pocket. It still saves you a lot though. You can call and pay by card or money order, in the mail you will receive your certificates which will be good for 6 months and a booklet of veterinarians that accept SNAP. Their number is 302-838-6996 if you're interested.

  This is their number, 302-838-6996. I just recently used a certificate for my female cat. Have your friend call and let them know she will need a certificate for a male cat, she will pay over the phone by credit card (or you can send in a money order) and they will send a certificate in the mail. If he is under 1 years old, there would be no blood work required and she would just be paying a small fee for anesthesia (I think it's anesthesia if I'm not mistaken it's been a while since I spoke with her) and any shots he may need 🙂

  vaccines are around $24.00 and 30.00 at most vets. Spaying is expensive.I got a voucher for $68.00 from Snaps.302-838-6996. I had to find a vet that would honor the voucher. I went to Diamond Vet Hospital. total was $280.00 301-869-3990.That was the cheapest I could find. My vet wanted about $700.00. This was in 2010.

  Ok I found it.Snaps is who I called. The no# I have is 302-838-6996 or 410-885-5783. The voucher was was 68.00 with tax included the vet I used was Diamond Veterinary Hosp.301-869_3990. This was in 2010 so not sure if they still do it. You will need to call. The bill came to 281.50. Also she was very good vet.
