About us
Padders Mobile Dog Grooming undertake all your dog grooming requirements at your home, or work address INSIDE a fully fitted Salon Van in and around the Taunton area. (Electric hook up is required for most services).
Services include:
Full Top to Tail grooming: Brushing, (Hand Stripping - small breeds only), Ear Cleaning, Nail Clipping, and use of non harmful Shampoo/conditioners for Washing and Drying. Prices vary depending upon size of dog and grooming service required.
Padders can also offer just a wash/dry service, or even just a quick visit to undertake a nail clip!
Upon booking an appointment customers will have the opportunity to discuss their dog grooming requirements to suit the customer and the lifestyle of their pet, and to advise of anything that may effect their dogs groom.
Size restrictions: Unfortunately a small number of very large breed of dog are just a little too big for comfort for an actual groom with the room available within the salon van! However, a wash/dry and nail clipping services may still be available for these much larger breeds. Please ask for details. : )
*Please note* All dogs are REQUIRED to be KEPT DRY for their grooming appointment... Wet feet are acceptable, however heavily wet through dog coats that require a full clipper groom may need to be reappointed due to time restrictions between mobile appointments. All dogs are washed toward the end of the groom where possible to avoid any hold ups to my busy schedule.
Cancellations: In the event that a customer needs to cancel their appointment it is strongly advised that the customer please give 36HRS NOTICE for their cancellation. Failure to follow this advise - will result in a 50% charge for it being a LATE cancellation.
This charge may also apply if a customer cannot provide suitable or safe legal parking for the appointment (after being advised of this requirement), also if a dog is wet after being advised to keep them DRY, or if a dog becomes AGGRESSIVE, overly BOISTEROUS or... show more excessively NERVOUS as this would result in the groom being abandoned for both the groomer and the dogs safety / wellbeing.
It the customer feels that any of these scenarios are very likely, it is advised that they inform Padders Mobile Dog Grooming during their booking to discuss other grooming options for their dog.
By reading this policy all customers making a booking will agree to accept these terms.
