  RUDE NON-SERVICE FROM AIRSAT DSTV INSTALLERS I've just had very poor service from Airsat DSTV listed as operating from 251 Ontdekkers in Horison. When the technicians hadn't arrrived ten minutes after the agreed time, I called to ask whether they were on their way. The woman who answered the phone said that the technician had left my house after having been there for 15 minutes and having called me twice. When I explained that this could not be, because I had been sitting in front of the window overlooking my gate, she acknowledged that they may have been at the wrong address, but nevertheless put the phone down in my ear and refuses to take my calls. There is also no record of any calls from them on my phone. Does anyone know of a better DSTV installer in the area?
