Every now and then, there is an experience that appalls you about how vicious and unethical a person or organization can be. I'm one to let a lot of things go, but after a chain of events, I feel it is important to share this story to protect others. How awful can a business be to their customers? How about lying, blackmail, libel, posting fake Craigslist ads with a personal phone numbers---ALL to threaten to get the removal of a Yelp review. We were professional the entire time and wanted to just move on but they were so intent on us removing the Yelp review and caused WAR!
