  Samn G. wrote: I had organised to have this company come in and give me a quote. I had gone through the details of the job and informed them that I wanted to have it painted the end of November. They said it was fine and arranged for them to come in at 10am the next day. I cancelled my breakfast date so I would be able to be home to meet them when they arrived. At 9:40am (20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive) I received a text message to say they would not be coming to give me a quote, as Christmas is really busy. They completely wasted my time, and didn't even have the decency to call and apologise for the inconvenience.
