  My neighbours, Donna and Jackie at J&D Pet Services walk lots of dogs for Green Lane residents and also groom them. You can either drop her off or they can pick up. We have woods and fields behind us and they have been doing it for years and are very highly respected. 01435 866544 x

  URGENT GROOM NEEDED! Stella arrived with us from Ireland on Saturday and is now in foster in Pembury in Kent. This really gorgeous girlie is a Bernese x lab, 18 months old, and is very matted. We've been quoted £70 by the local groomers and wonder if there's anyone within a reasonable distance of Pembury who might be willing to do a Stella-makeover for a bit less than that? Coupled with the fact that she's overweight, Stella is struggling a bit in the current warm weather and she would love to be more comfortable. If anyone could offer a mercy-groom... please email me asap!

  JD Pets in Heathfield are absolutely super. I pay £35 for my 40 kilo Labradoodle. Worth giving them a call? 01435 866544. Lovely ladies there would do it cheaper as it is a rescue I am sure. Give them a call and see what they say?
