Livengood Contracting is established to provide services to design, bid, and build projects for high-end commercial interior build-out clients. Capabilities include casework, specialty cabinetry and woodworking designs and build-outs, laboratories, selective demolition in addition to the interior build-out. Specialty projects upon review with commercial clients to include additions to commercial properties such as decks and patios, to include selective demolition. We have contract management capabilities pursuant but not limited to the Construction Specifications Institutes Interior Divisions.
