To Dr. Carroll, Sorry I never had the pleasure of meeting you, I have heard some pleasant comments on you. Can't say I agree, I just believe that when you have an appointment scheduled it should be confirmed or if not a courtesy call should be in place If your not available. Now if your receptionist is not able to convey this over to the patient or if she is over worked then it should be your place to call and reschedule. Somehow I just find this so unprofessional. Now if your no longer taking in new patients this should have been mention at first and NOT have one to call back to be worked in as one. Another subject why would you have someone come in to do exrays and charge for and office visit and then not be able to see them again until the first of next year 2022. Seriously, if this is the way your office is ran it most likely for the best I did not get the chance to meet you. Just so you know and understand I normally do not give negative reviews, but I will when warranted. I believe this is ONE of those times.
P.S. I hope in the future your receptionist will keep in mind(consideration of others).
I need to go to a dentist soon to have crown checked out. I can't bite anything hard on it anymore without pain. I need a reasonably priced dentist as I have no insurance. Any recommendations?
