  Hi Guys, Every hard rain I have trouble with a wet carpet and underlay below my basement window. I strongly suspect that it is coming in somehow around or above the small basement window. Possibly the top sill of the window as there is a gap there the thickness of an index finger. I did stuff some foam backer rod in there but possibly the rain is coming through that too? Any ideas or does anyone know anyone to call who is a specialist in this field?
