  PLEASE! I am desperately in need of help. The contractor that has a good portion of my insurance money has left my property unlivable and never returned. They disconnected the water to my entire property two months ago to get ready to lift the house, They never even filed the permits, and won't return my calls. I am going to have to sue them. My son and I were staying in my detached studio apartment, but now there's no water. The building was also damaged by the storm (no heat and structural damage), but we were making it work. After 19 months, I have run through all of my savings and will soon have no place to stay. I could move back into my studio, IF I can get my water line reconnected. Can anyone help?
