  I don't know of places BUT call our landlord and see what he has available. He owns 33 rentals in the projects and ours is NICE...he put in new carpet and tile the day we moved in, put new main doors and storm doors on and he just replaced our stove within a day of it breaking. He also replaced the boards on our porch within 2 days. He is on top of everything that needs fixed as soon as it occurs. His name is Tom Brown...phone is 812-256-2202
