  Jim, I had a service change done this past summer. I took bids and hired Dave Pschierer of Integrated Power supplies Intl Inc. He explained what the work was and why, his workmen were competent and speedy. He showed as soon as the building permits and RG&E inspector had been set up. Things went smoothly. I'd use him again.
