  Looking for a general contractor that’s passionate about rehabbing old homes. Can I get a recommendation? Buying an old house (early 1900s) and I would like to find a GC that’s passionate about them. We are going to need a lot of work over the years and would like to establish a good relationship with someone. First item would be to have them to come out and price some of the projects we want done before we buy. Our general inspector was great, but was not an expert on old homes in particular, and couldn’t give very specific, or even general, pricing. Must serve Reynoldsburg/Pataskala area.
