  Have a look at Highway Safety Development in Knocktopher Co. Kilkenny (056) 7768702 e-mail info@hsd.ie They supply speed bumps which are bolted into the road surface and easily maintained. They also come coloured and with inbuilt reflectors and in various heights to slow all types of vehicles. Hope this helps.
