If you need to cancle the deposit can be put towards a future appointment IF BOOKED WHEN YOU ARE CANCELING but if you simply have changed your mind or cannot make it then you lose your deposit. Im a business and its only fair, especialy since I let lots of women pay NO DEPOSIT and they never show up....not good when I have girls wanting those apps and I give them out to girls on a "promise" of showing up.
