  Jorge Ochoa at LBCC can recommend an alumni that specializes in design and would likely do it for cheaper then standard. (At least if they are recently starting out) He can be reached at 562-938-3086.

  I would suggest emailing Prof. Jorge Ochoa at Jochoa@lbcc.edu and asking him if he could recommend any alumni. He'll most likely recommend Ty or someone else if Ty is not currently bonded/Licensed.
