Ellen Q. replied:Ruth, I had to have foundation repair last year. I used Century Foundation Company.They were good and the workers were good. They had to dig up some of my plants and when I said I wanted to keep them they set them in the dirt pile and replanted them when they were done. When your told you get a lifetime warranty remember its only as good as long as the company is in business. I do have a 10 year warranty and even after they will adjust for a sum of $45 a pier. I got their name for a contractor I know. There number is 281-460-4072
