I've been to a few of spas in Ottawa, I usually go to Il Paridiso Spa for body treatments and manicures but other than that I've been using online deals from Groupon, etc. for cheap packages.   I go to Aesthetica for waxing and massages, but usually just go to Nice One Nails for pedi/manis as they're cheap and do a good job. Aesthetica has a nice range of body treatments ranging from the affordable to the get a third mortgage range. http://aestheticaspa.ca/
