  Jon is looking for a house in Laguna Vista. It has to be in the 120,000's with a 2 car garage preferably, and a fenced in backyard. Anyone know of such a place? It doesn't need to be large--under 1500 sq ft is good. We have a broker in the family so please no agents. We thought there might be some individuals out there who want to sell. Also, the villas and casitas unfortunately won't work since you cannot put up fences. Thank you anyway.
