  Ari Mendez I talked to the guy who is doing work on the 4 bedroom with a phone number for you. The guy's name is Chad: 214-507-2520. They are still fixing it up, but it is will be a nice house when they are done with it. The back yard is small. I took pics inside. New everything inside. Sprinkler system in the back for sure that I saw.
